Detailed explanation of each step:
Step 1:
You can contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or by the chat on Cuba Top Travel website (https://www.cubatoptravel.com).
Write to our email address: info@cubatoptravel.com and fill the request format providing following information:
Real name or reference; email address to contact you, services you want to request. Be as specific as you could.
There is space at the contact format to write what you need, Cuba tours you want or Cuba services of your interest, date of service, number of persons travelling, from where are you travelling to Cuba or any information detail you may consider important for us to know.
You will get a quick reply.
Step 2:
You will get immediate attention and in less than 24 hours your query will be answered.
You can get in contact with us (Cuba Top Travel) by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, chat, or phone. On that way communications with you will be personalized, our staff will answer you on real time.
Our hotel booking requests are confirmed quickly by hotels and Cuba providers including accommodation at local guesthouses in Cuba.
If by any chance, reservation requested cannot be confirmed, our staff will propose you best options available with similar price.
Step 3:
Once the reservation is confirmed to you, a deposit of 10-15% (depending of the specific property or service), will be required to secure the confirmed reservation. After deposit is received, we will send you a written notification notifying booking is CONFIRMED.
Generally full payment should be made between 45 to 30 days prior to arrival to Cuba. Exceptionally it will be discussed and indicated to you other means and time to make full payment of your Cuba trip.
Prior to make any payment, (deposit or full payment), an Invoice will be sent to you by our staff with all payment details and travel services covered by the Invoice.
All the information regarding total amount to pay, banking account information, dates of payment we expect will be indicated at the Invoice you will receive from Cuba Top Travel (Grand Caribbean Tourism Development Corp).
Invoice is the ONLY authorized way for Cuba Top Travel to request officially payment of services. No separate messages, no phone calls or any other communication means.
Payment should be made by banking wire transfer to our banking account at BBVA in Mexico, or at the Bajío Bank in México or at Monex Bank also in México. You could also pay us by PAYPAL adding fee of PAYPAL 5.6% above price indicated on the Invoice. Eventually other means of payment could be used only if accepted by Cuba Top Travel after negotiations with customer.
Final payment of customers has to be received in the banking account provided at the Invoice as minimum of 30 to 45 days prior to arrival of client to Cuba. If full payment is not received by that time booking will be cancelled automatically by the booking system.
Invoice will be sent to you on an EXCEL format, regularly on PDF.
Each Invoice must be paid in full; paying less that the total amount indicated on the Invoice does not make client eligible to any service by the provider.
In case not full payment is received on time as described, deposit made will not be returned to sender.
Once we receive the bank transfer with full payment of the services, we will send you a message notifying you that the payment was received reiterating the CONFIRMATION of all the contracted services.
Payment is ONLY valid to this effect when it arrives to the account of Cuba Top Travel in the Bank, or at account in PAYPAL.
Step 4:
Together with STEP 3, we will attach a document in Excel format, a voucher that constitutes the document that client must show to final provider in Cuba in order to receive service in Cuba (voucher could be delivered to our local tour guide or to our local staff at Airport upon arrival or to anyone we will indicate on our communication with you).
On the message to you we will indicate contact information of the local agency in Cuba as well as 24 hours emergency phone number to be permanently in contact.
