Travel Itinerary

DAY 1 HAVANA

Welcome to Cuba!.

Arrival at Havana International Airport.

Meet and Greeting at the Airport.

Private Transfer to accommodation .

Accommodation in B&B at Hotel Panorama 4* or similar.

Day 2 HAVANA–PLAYA GIRON

Breakfast.

Departure to Ciénaga de Zapata , 2.15 hours drive.

Check In at accommodation.

1 Dive at the International Diving Center at Cueva de los Peces or at Punta Perdiz or at Playa Larga or Playa Giron.

Optional lunch .

Visiting the Boca de Guamá and the breeding and protection of the cuban crocodile specie Rhombifer , visit the Cueva de los Peces Cenote .

Accommodation in B&B at Private Guest House (Casa Particular) with breakfast included.

Day 3 PLAYA GIRON

Breakfast .

Transfer to dive Spot (Could be cave or open water dive).

About 30 meters from the shore, we can see, a striking underwater wall that is lost in the depths and covering the entire coast from Playa Larga to Playa Giron, accessible without boat. It is also an important place for its cenotes and flooded caves, fascinating for lovers of speleology or Cave diving .

Day 4 PLAYA GIRON

Day 5 PLAYA GIRON- CIENFUEGOS

Breakfast .

Departure to Cienfuegos.

Check In at accommodation in Hotel Faro de Luna 3* or Rancho Luna 3*.

1 dive immersion in Faro de Luna International Diving Center .

In the early evening tour of the City of Cienfuegos declared by UNESCO as Heritage Site of Humankind founded by the French settlers who came from Louisiana in the XIX Century.

Visit the emblematic building of the city the neoclassical Palacio Del Valle, then tour of the city, visiting the Marti Park, the Alameda, the Nautical Club, the Seaboard in one of the prettiest Harbor of Cuba.

Dinner at Hotel.

Day 6 CIENFUEGOS .

Breakfast.

Transfer to dive spot.

Faro Luna International Dive Center you can see, coral formation barriers. The area is noted especially for the clarity of its waters, making it an ideal site for underwater photography.

Day 7 CIENFUEGOS SANTA CLARA VARADERO.

08:00 Breakfast.

09:00 Departure to Varadero via Santa Clara .

Visit the historical center of Santa Clara City, most central city of Cuba. See the Vidal Park, the Cathedral Church and most significant buildings.

Entrance to the Che Memorial at the Square Che Guevara, from there to the Monument to the Derail Armored Train and then visit the Vidal Park at the Center of the City, walking Tour .

Continues trip to Varadero.

Accommodation in All inclusive Plan at Hotel Iberostar Taino 4* or Similar.

Day 8 VARADERO .

08:00 Breakfast.

Transfer to dive center.

Located in the famous Varadero beach area, the dive center provides 16 sites in crystal waters, with incredible variety of marine flora and fauna, among which you can find schools of fish including yellowtail snappers, snapper, as well as barracuda, spectacular eels and coral. You’ll also discover sunken ships of different types, adding an exclusive touch to this dive center.

Day 9 VARADERO .

08:00 Breakfast.

Transfer to dive center.

Day 10 VARADERO - HAVANA .

07:30 Breakfast .

09:00 Transfer to Havana.

Optional Lunch.

16:00 Visit to the External area of Morro Cabaña Fortress with a wonderful view of Havana from the other side of the Bay. Special opportunity for photos, you can also visit the monumental Havana Christ Statue.

Panoramic tour of Havana through classic and prestige Prado Avenue, the Grand Theater of Havana, the Central Park, stop at the Capitolio Building. Continue to Colon Cemetery (from the outside), one of the most historical cemetery of the world and the most significant in Latin American with more of 500 mausoleums, chapels and family vaults; enjoy some of the most relevant mansions of the Vedado on Paseo Avenue, President Avenue, 17 Street between others, visit the University of Havana, the Coppelia building, the Rampa, the first Hilton built outside USA in the fifties, The Revolution Square, The Seaboard,etc.

Day 11 HAVANA- DEPARTURE.

08:00 Breakfast.

Free Morning for last Minute Shopping or Havana Vieja walking tour.

If time available, morning for last minute souvenir.

If staying longer we can arrange extra nights in Havana or other destination like Viñales, anywhere else you might like to go.

Private transfer to Havana International Airport to take flight out of the country (clients must check the flight at the Airline Desk 3 hours in advance).
