DAY 1 HAVANA

Arrival at Havana International Airport.

Meet and Greeting at the Airport.

Day 2 HAVANA CITY TOUR

08:30 Breakfast.

09:15 Full City Tour of Old Havana starting the walking tour of Old Havana from the Templete, where Havana villa was founded in 1519. Walking through the Plaza de Armas and all other Squares of Old Havana: San Francisco de Asís Square, then to Old Square, visit the Cathedral Square. Seeing the monuments and buildings more relevant from the different centuries all well preserved, the Palacio Del Segundo Cabo, the Cathedral; entrance to the Partagas Cigar factory and to the Old Havana Small Scale Museum to see projections about refurbishing of Old Havana and the Rum Museum.

13:00 Luncheon at a private family restaurant .

After lunch continuation of the city tour this time on a 1 hour ride of Old American vintage car drive through Central and Modern Havana visiting the Prado Avenue, the Grand Theater of Havana, and the Capitol Building. Continue to Colon Cemetery, one of the most historical cemetery of the world and the most significant in Latin American with more of 500 mausoleums, chapels and family vaults; enjoy some of the most relevant mansions of the Vedado on Paseo Avenue, President Avenue, 17 Street between others, visit the University of Havana, the Coppelia building, the Rampa, the first Hilton built outside USA in the fifties. Travel through the Malecon Habanero ( Havana Promenade) 8 kms long until tunnel of Havana going into the external area of Morro cabaña fortress from where you will have an excellent view from the other side of Havana´s harbor.

Ending the tour at Hotel National de Cuba built in 1930 and witness of many historical event during the XX century of actual XXI century. You will visit the hall of fame where pictures of many illustrate people and world leader who has been guest of Hotel National will be shown while zipping a cold Mojito´s cocktail.

Back to the hotel.

Day 3 HAVANA- LAS TERRAZAS-VIÑALES VALLEY TOUR

08:00 Breakfast.

09:00 Departing to Las Terrazas community project and Viñales Valley Tour Las Terrazas community project was declared in 1985 by UNESCO as first Cuba Biosphere Reserve project with a total of 25,000 hectares of land in the Sierra del Rosario hill´s range in the western part of Cuba, the area was reforest to keep the habitat and endemic flora and fauna. The beauty of the community and its surroundings was a great cultural and human value, and the perfect context to develop rural and farm tourism. Visit the Interpretation Center where an explanation of the entire project is provided to visitors, then move with a tour guide around the project, visit hotel La Moka, casa de Maria La Guajira to try its Cuban coffee , time to go to the ruins of a French coffee plantation, then to the river San Juan.

11:35 Then continuation to Viñales Valley´s wonderful land tour with its caves and mogotes declared by UNESCO a world biosphere reserve, located in the western part of Cuba.

12:40 Visit a tobacco farm where best tobacco leaf is crop to create most exciting world appreciate Havano Cigar .

14:00 Luncheon at agroecology project Paraiso , interacting with farmers about development of small business and land property in Viñales Valley.

15: 30 Entrance to the indean caves and boat ride inside the cave.

Visit the famous wall painting which refer to the prehistorical life on this western side of Cuba, which was the first to emerge from the Sea.

Walking through the town, visit some of the private restaurants and bars, talk to locals about what tourism has brought to prosperity in Viñales Valley town and rural area.

Departing back to Havana.

Day 4 HAVANA- VARADERO

One of Cuba’s most popular tourist destination is Varadero. The northern city is a peninsula of Cuba known for its beautiful beaches , distinguished by Travelers Choice of TripAdvisor as second most beautiful beach in the world in 2019.

A beach with warm sea waters all year around, beautiful turquoise color, very praised by TripAdvisor’s customer for safety and cleanness all the way its more than 20 kilometers of soft white sand beaches.

08:00 Departure to Varadero.

Short stop at the viewpoint of the Bacunayagua Bridge.

Visit in transit the city of Matanzas, known as the Athens of Cuba.

Tour of Varadero town, visit the Al Capone House (mafia American leader in the 40´s) and the Dupont Residence (American millionaire founder of Varadero Resort in the 40´s), as well as the Josones Park, see the old town of Varadero ( fisherman town) as well and all the new developments including some of the Marinas and shopping Centers which have been built lately.

Day 5 VARADERO

At leisure .
