Meet and Greeting at the Airport.

Transfer In to Hotel in Havana and Check In.

09:15 Departing for Full Private City Tour of Old Havana. Starting the walking tour of Old Havana from the Templete, where Havana villa was founded in 1519. Walking through the Plaza de Armas and all other Squares of Old Havana: San Francisco de Asís Square, then to Old Square, visit the Cathedral Square. Seeing the monuments, the Palacio del Segundo Cabo, the Cathedral.

10:45 Entrance to the Rum Museum, also to the Small Scale Museum of Old Havana.

12:30 Visit the urban agricultural program in Alamar popular know as the Organoponic of Alamar.

14:00 Optional Lunch at La Mina or La Bodeguita del Medio, both restaurants between the most classical bohemian restaurant in Havana, with a welcoming Mojito cocktail. 15:30 Visit the Paseo del Prado Avenue, visit the Grand Theater of Havana, the Central Park José Martí, the Capitol Building.

16:30 1 hour panoramic tour in Old American Cars through Old and Modern Havana, ending at Hotel Nacional de Cuba.

17:30 Visit the Hall of Fame, enjoy 1 Mojito.

19:00 Back to the Hotel.

20:30 Welcoming Dinner at Private Managed Restaurant like San Cristobal, visited by President Obama during his historical visit to Cuba in March 2016 or similar in the city. Back to the Hotel.

09:00 Departing for Caimito to visit the Finca Marta, meeting Engineer Fernando Funes who took the initiatives to start a private project of Organic Agriculture at this Farm with a concept of involving the local farmers and community, and today is one of the important supplier of the Private Restaurant in Havana, as well as a supporter of many other community projects in Caimito and in Havana. Explanation and visit the productions and the way they produce it.

13:00 Lunch at the Farm with Fernando and his wife.

14:00 Continuation to Viñales Valley.

15:45 Visit the Montesinos Tobacco Farm.

16:45 Visit the Viewpoint of Los Jazmines.

17:30 Check In at the Hotel.

09:00 Travel to the tobacco farm of Hector Luis Prieto in the Vuelta Abajo area, where the best Havano in Cuba is produced.

After that, visit the city of Pinar del Rio City, entrance to the Cigar Factory to see how the process of rolling the havano cigar is doing by hands and who the worker and specialists are.

From there visit the organic Farm where Benitó´s family produce organic vegetables.

Luncheon at the Family restaurant of the Paraiso Farm.

Entrance to the Indean Caves and the Wall Painting.

Visit the town of Valley.

Optional Dinner.

Enjoy the evening at the town where many family restaurants and music center are located.

08:20 Departing for the Province of Matanzas at Jovellanos.

11:45 Visit the Farm El Retiro, an organic research farm located at the edge of Cardenas. The farm features a careful integration of live-stock, field crops, intensive vegetable production, tree crops, on far bio-gas production and small scale food preserving and processing. The farm provides food to numerous senior center and daycares in the Cardenas area, It is also teaching Centre for the farmers in the region.

Lunch at the Farm El Retiro with the products produced in the farm will be service included for the Group.

Continuation to Jovellanos town, you will visit the family farm of Hector Correa and Odalis Correa, his far Finca Coincidencia. This highly integrated farm employs so much thought in design, function, beauty and production that one could stay here for a week. They have also developed a high-end pottery business on site and the family succession plan is worth asking about.

17:00 Continuation to Cienfuegos City.

19:20 Check In at Hotel in Cienfuegos, accommodation at Hotel La Union or El Jagua.

Free evening to walk through the Marti Park or the Alameda.

14:30 Visit the 2 of the Farms in the area of Trinidad, with cattle raising as well as horses, also with the production of beans and vegetable to learn about organic and sustainable farming small scale farming and how they contribute to the state’s economy. Local community events.

Sugar cane farm visit and other agriculture in the valley / oxen and plow small scale farms / visit a coffee farm plantation.

Visit Santa Ana and the Major Square. Entrance to the Cantero Palace, entrance to the Canchanchara Bar with a welcoming drink, visit the Handcraft Fair, Visit the Santeria Priest, learn about the culture and afro Cuban religion and it influence in the Society.

Continuation of the tour in the City, visiting Santa Efigencia Cementery where the rest of the National Hero José Martí and the leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro rest.

Templete

El Templete is a monument in Havana, Cuba, that pays homage to the place where the foundation of the town of San Cristóbal de la Habana was celebrated in 1519. The monument consists of bust of Christopher Columbus and three canvases painted by Jean Baptiste Vermay. It is a Neoclassic building, typical example of colonial architecture. On one of the Cespedes Park sides you can find the Municipal Palace constructed in the second half of the 20th century, based on a project in 1738 and its executors was inspired to achieve what it currently holds and at the end of the year it is the site of the Flag Festival. On the other side, the Municipal Culture House better known as the San Carlos Club constructed in 1910 with its marble, ironworks and columns.
